AD-UVSS-V Car Stopper

AD-UVSS-V car stopper is widely used in highway toll stations, checkpoints, prisons, airports, government agencies, embassies, military bases, customs, banks, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, warehouses, parking lots and all places that need to restrict the passage of vehicles to control the entry and exit of vehicles. The on-duty personnel issue instructions through the control system, and the car stopper is driven by a motor to rapidly descend. After the vehicle passes, the car stopper is rapidly raised through remote control or manual button operation by the on-duty personnel. In order to achieve the purpose of controlling lanes and gates to pass or close and effectively preventing vehicles from forcibly punching cards.
Car stopper system composition:
Buried car stopper equipment is mainly composed of three parts: a car stopper main frame, a motor control box and an electric control part.
1. Main frame:
The car stopper is mainly composed of an overturning body and a machine base (the anti-collision tooth nail can adjust the height according to the needs of customers). The whole machine is of steel structure, welded by national standard A3 steel plate, with high strength load-bearing and anti-collision capability. There are no electrical appliances and wireless circuits in the body, which is waterproof and safe. The device is embedded in the driveway or the designated position of the gate, and the traffic is restricted by the instructions of the personnel on duty.
2. Motor Control Box:
The motor control box is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a gear transmission group, a connecting device, a limit switch and the like, and is the power source of the whole car stopper system. The device is installed on one side of the car stopper and is matched with the car stopper for use (the ascending and descending speed can be changed through electric control). When power failure occurs, the anti-collision tooth nail can be lowered manually or raised manually.
3. Electronic control system:
Automatic electronic control part: Control main board, auxiliary control board, leakage switch, non-contact noise high-life contactor, precise starting time setting (to prevent impact force generated after the motor stroke is in place, which increases the service life of the motor), and automatic lifting can be set (with ground loop vehicle passing through the rod).
Automatic controller: Include a control box, a remote controller, a manual button and that like, are control and used by personnel on duty.

In case of power failure or failure, if the stopper is in a raised state and needs to be lowered, the raised stopper tooth nail can be lowered to a horizontal position by manual operation to allow vehicles to pass.
In case of power failure or failure, if the car stopper is in a closed state and needs to be lifted up and down, the tooth nail of the car stopper can be lifted up by manual operation to prevent strong vehicle action from intruding.
6. Automatic motor system device
Remote control device: By means of wireless remote control, the lift of the car stopper can be remotely controlled in a range of about 100m around the controller (depending on the radio communication environment on site).
Manual button device: Through the manual switch button control box in the security room, lift the corresponding car stopper.
7. The following functions can be added according to user requirements (system support):
Card swiping control: With the addition of a card reader, the lifting of the car stopper can be automatically controlled by swiping the card.
Linkage between road brake and car stopper: Equipped with gate (car stopper)/entrance guard control, the linkage of gate, entrance guard and car stopper can be realized.
Connect with computer pipe burying system or charging system: It can be connected with the pipe burying system and the charging system and is controlled by a computer.
Easy maintenance: In case of structural failure or body overhaul, the motor control box can be opened by opening the upper cover screw of the motor control box to carry out corresponding operation.
1. Fast calm:
The lifting time can be adjusted as fast as 1~3s seconds, which is much larger than the car stoppers of other manufacturers of the same specification. This is extremely valuable. Because it uses a motor drive unit, the action is soft and calm, which well solves the problem that the traditional motor and the pneumatic lifting pump are noisy.
2. Agile Control
The control unit adopts a multi-functional logic controller, which can modulate a variety of different functional modes to meet different functional requirements of different users. In addition, it is worth mentioning that its movement stroke is of adjustable timing design, and users can freely control the lifting height of the tooth nail, thus effectively saving energy consumption.
3. Unique structure
The core part of the motor unit is designed integrally with the mechanical power mechanism, which can effectively transfer mechanical energy to the motor drive unit and has high action efficiency. The unique design and excellent performance of the motor unit for pressure helicopters are rare in the same field at home and abroad.
4. Safe and reliable
In case of power failure and other emergency situations, the vehicle can be manually transported for emergency lowering, and the tooth nail of the stopper can be lowered to open the passage and release the vehicle. The upper part and the lower part of the internal fixing mechanism are respectively provided with a current detection sensor and an electromagnetic sensor, so that the over-current protection and the effective limit of the action of the power unit are realized, and the operation is stable and reliable.
5. Economic benefits
Since it is a motor transmission integrated mode, it is environment-friendly and energy-saving, with low consumption, lower failure rate, longer service life and lower maintenance cost. In addition, non-traditional guiding mechanism design is adopted for installation and maintenance, which is simpler and faster.
