AD-UVSS-IV Roadblock Machine

AD-UVSS-IV roadblock machine is widely used in highway toll stations, checkpoints, prisons, airports, government agencies, embassies, military bases, customs, banks, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, warehouses, parking lots and all places where vehicles need to be restricted to enter and leave, etc. The personnel on duty send out instructions through the control system, and the barricade device is rapidly lifted by hydraulic transmission. After the vehicle passes through, the barricade device or manual button operation is automatically instructed through inductance detection to rapidly lift the barricade device. In order to achieve the purpose of controlling lanes and gates to pass or close and effectively preventing vehicles from forcibly punching cards.
The roadblock machine system consists of:
Buried barricade equipment mainly consists of barricade machine main frame, hydraulic transmission station and electric control part.
1. Main frame:
The barricade machine mainly consists of a turnover body or a lifting body and a machine base. The whole machine is of steel structure, welded with 16mm national standard A3 die steel plate and international standard channel steel, with high strength load-bearing and anti-collision capability. There are no electrical appliances and wiring in the body, which is waterproof and safe. The device is embedded in the driveway or the designated position of the gate, and the traffic is restricted by the instructions of the personnel on duty.
2. The hydraulic transmission station is mainly composed of oil tank, manual oil pump, complete set of hydraulic solenoid valve set, high-power motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, oil gauge, oil mark, exterior type liquid level device, national standard high-pressure steel wire hydraulic oil pipe, etc. It is the power source of the complete set of barricade system. The device is installed on one side of the barricade machine and is used together with the barricade machine (the ascending and descending speed can be changed by adjusting valve). In case of power failure, the barrier can be lowered manually or raised manually.
3. Electronic control system: Automatic electronic control part: Control main board, sub-control board, leakage switch, non-contact noise high-life contactor, precise starting time setting (preventing impact force generated after the oil cylinder stroke is in place to increase the service life of the oil cylinder), and automatic lifting can be set (with ground loop vehicle passing through the rod). Automatic controller: Include a control box, a remote controller, a manual button and that like, are control and used by personnel on duty.

In case of power failure or failure, if the barricade machine is in a raised state and needs to be lowered, the raised barricade machine cover plate can be lowered to a horizontal position by manual operation to allow vehicles to pass. In case of power failure or failure, if the barricade machine is in a closed state and needs to go up and down, the cover plate of the barricade machine can be raised by manual operation to prevent vehicles from intruding by strong actions.
6. Automatic hydraulic system device
Remote control device: By means of wireless remote control, the lifting of roadblocks can be remotely controlled within a range of about 100 meters around the controller (depending on the radio communication environment on site).
Manual button device: Through the manual switch button control box in the security room, the corresponding barricade machine is lifted.
7. The following functions can be added according to user requirements (system support):
Card swiping control: A card reader is additionally arranged to automatically control the lifting of the barricade machine through card swiping.
Linkage between road gates and barricades: Equipped with road gate (car stopper)/entrance guard control, it can realize the linkage of road gate, entrance guard and barricade.
Connect with computer pipe burying system or charging system: It can be connected with the pipe burying system and the charging system and is controlled by a computer.
8.Easy maintenance: When there is a structural failure or when the machine body is overhauled, the turnover plate can be taken down by screwing the upper cover screw to carry out corresponding operations.
1. Fast calm:
The lifting time can be adjusted as fast as 3~6s seconds, which is much larger than the barricade machines of other manufacturers of the same specification. This is extremely valuable. Because it uses a hydraulic drive unit, it acts softly and calmly, which well solves the problem of high noise caused by air pump operation in traditional pneumatic lifting.

4. Safe and reliable:
In case of power failure and other emergency situations, the vehicle can be manually transported for emergency lowering, and the cover plate of the barricade machine can be lowered to open the passage and release the vehicle. The upper part and the lower part of the internal fixing mechanism are respectively provided with a current detection sensor and an electromagnetic sensor, so that the over-current protection of the power unit and the effective limit of the cylinder action are realized, and the operation is stable and reliable.
5. Economic benefits:
Since it is a hydraulic transmission mode, it is environment-friendly and energy-saving, with low consumption, lower failure rate, longer service life and lower maintenance cost. In addition, non-traditional guiding mechanism design is adopted for installation and maintenance, which is simpler and faster.
Scope of use:
It is widely used in many occasions such as city traffic, gates and surroundings of military and important state organs, pedestrian streets, expressways, toll stations, airports, schools, banks, large clubs, parking lots, etc. The traffic order, that is, the safety of the main facilities and places, is effectively guaranteed through the restriction on passing vehicles.
1. The state organs and the army and other important units of the gate: The lifting column can be installed to control the lifting by electric, remote control or card swiping, effectively preventing vehicles from entering from other units and illegal vehicles from entering.
2. Pedestrian street: Lifting columns are installed at the intersection of the pedestrian street, which are normally in a rising state to restrict vehicles from entering and leaving. In case of emergency or special circumstances (such as fire, first aid, leadership inspection, etc.), they can be lowered quickly to facilitate vehicles to pass through.
3. Road isolation belt: Lift barricades can be used in non-totally enclosed road isolation belts to prevent vehicles from turning left or turning around. In case of special circumstances such as road construction and road blockage, the barricade can be lowered to divert traffic.
4. Multipurpose Square: The barricade rises during the day and vehicles are forbidden to enter the square. At night, the square is used as a temporary parking lot. When the barricade is lowered, vehicles can enter and park.
5. Open Park: Lifting barricades are installed at the intersections of open parks. Normally, barricades are raised to prevent vehicles from passing through and tourists can pass freely. In case of special circumstances, lower the lifting barricade so that vehicles can pass through.
6. Residential areas, banks, schools and other places to restrict vehicle access and ensure the effective use of fire exits.
7. Expressway: It is necessary to seal the road urgently and use automatic road lifting piles, which is convenient and quick and can solve the pressure of insufficient police force.
